The Lofts at Milnes Plaza is a newly constructed 50-unit, four-story/mid-rise multifamily community situated on approximately 1.5 acres in central downtown Coldwater, Branch County, Michigan. The elevator building houses an assortment of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments over 54,728 square feet within walking distance of the library, public parks, and restaurants to name a few. Apartments are equipped with high-efficiency electric furnaces, central air conditioning, electric hot water tank, in-unit washer/dryer hook up, dishwasher, and microwave. White trim and gray cabinetry complement the luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpeting.
Construction began in September of 2019 and the project was completed in May of 2021.
