Nelsonville Homes is a single-story, 40-unit senior multifamily community rehab project totaling 29,070 square feet. Consisting of six buildings, the community offers recently renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments. The recent renovations include modern upgrades such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, espresso cabinetry, new appliances, walk-in showers, and more.
Construction began in January of 2020 and the project was completed in January of 2021.
