The Franklinton project was an 11,863 square foot design-build renovation of an existing structure in Franklinton, a historic neighborhood in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The purpose of this project was to serve the needs of Integrated Services for Behavioral Health on the first floor and auxiliary building, as well as create two floors of open concept commercial office space for tenant Cement Marketing.
