Arrowleaf Apartments is a 28-unit, three-story walk-up, multi-family community located in Franklin County, Ohio. The building houses an assortment of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments over 30,202 square feet. Apartments are equipped with high-efficiency electric heat pumps, Energy Star light fixtures, smart thermostats, and (stackable) washer/dryer hook-ups. Beautiful finishes such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, white trim, and rich espresso cabinetry provide a modern look.
Construction began in April of 2019 and the project was completed in December of 2020.
