As a non-profit service provider, The Recovery Center's construction needs were highly regulated by a strict budget, rigid timeline, very specialized design needs, and requirements set forth by our funders and Board. Gorsuch Construction was able to understand these individualized needs and work with us through every step of the rehabilitation of our new office building in Lancaster. We are thoroughly enjoying our beautiful new office space every day.

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is partnering with The Recovery Center and Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency to develop Pearl House. Pearl House is Permanent Supportive Housing, which as defined by The State of Ohio and The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is permanent, community-based housing targeted to extremely low income households with serious and long-term disabilities. This 21-unit apartment community will strive to house families for which one or both parents are in recovery from opiate addiction.
Serving the community as housing where families suffering from addiction can heal and rebuild a healthy and productive lifestyle together, Pearl House strives to create a nurturing, stable, and supportive environment where residents receive convenient access to an array of services that allow them to focus on recovery as a whole.
